We offer multiple secure payment options to make booking your Himalayan adventure as simple as possible.

Payment Process

Follow these simple steps to secure your booking with Landscape Adventure.

Choose your preferred package or request a custom itinerary from our team.

We'll send you a detailed invoice with trip breakdown, total cost, and payment schedule.

Secure your booking with a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.

Complete the remaining 70% payment at least 30 days before your trip start date.

Choose from any of the following secure payment options.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our secure payment gateway. A 3% processing fee applies for card transactions.

Direct bank transfer to our company account in Nepal. This is the most cost-effective method for large payments.

Pay conveniently using PayPal or Wise (formerly TransferWise) for faster international transfers with lower fees.

Cash payments can be made at our office in Thamel, Kathmandu. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, and NPR.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip start date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
