Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

  • Flight time: 30–40 minutes

  • Trek: 3–4 hours

  • Highlights: Scenic flight to Lukla, easy walk through forests and villages

  • Overnight: Teahouse in Phakding

Day 2: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

  • Trek: 5–6 hours

  • Highlights: Cross suspension bridges, enter Sagarmatha National Park, first views of Everest

  • Overnight: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar

Day 3: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

  • Activities: Short hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung village
