Trip Overview

Muktinath Jeep Tour – Spiritual Journey through the Himalayas

The Muktinath Jeep Tour is a popular and convenient way to explore one of Nepal’s most sacred pilgrimage sites without the long trek. Starting from Kathmandu, travelers enjoy a scenic drive to Pokhara before embarking on an adventurous jeep ride along rugged mountain roads to the high-altitude town of Jomsom. From here, a short jeep journey leads to Muktinath, located at an elevation of about 3,710 meters.

Muktinath is revered by both Hindus and Buddhists, famed for its ancient temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and its natural spring-fed holy fountains, believed to grant liberation and blessings. The jeep tour allows visitors to comfortably witness the spectacular Himalayan landscapes, quaint villages, and diverse culture of the Mustang region without the physical strain of trekking.

This multi-day tour typically lasts 3 to 7 days depending on the package, offering opportunities to explore nearby attractions such as Kagbeni village, the Kali Gandaki Gorge, and surrounding mountain vistas. Ideal for travelers seeking cultural immersion and adventure with convenience, the Muktinath Jeep Tour combines spirituality, nature, and accessibility in a unique Himalayan experience.
